At Tassit, we strive to deliver products that meet our quality standards. Every item is checked before dispatch, but if something is not right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

Returns, refunds, and size exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

• A size exchange is required.

• The customer notifies us within 7 days of delivery by email.

Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible. Also, please keep the original tag attached to the product.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, please email us at tassitclothing@gmail.com with the following details:

• Order ID

• Full name

• Product name

• Clear photos or video showing the issue

• Reason for return, refund, or exchange

Our team will review the request and respond with the next steps.

Manufacturing Defects

If your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Once the issue is verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

• Replacement

• Size exchange

• Refund, where applicable

Size Exchanges

We accept size exchanges if:

• The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All original tags and packaging are intact.

Exchange shipping charges may apply unless otherwise communicated by our team.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases of a verified manufacturing defect.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or through another suitable mode, depending on the situation.

Please allow a reasonable processing time after approval.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect handling, washing, or storage

• Damage caused after delivery

• Delays caused by courier partners

• Requests raised after the 7-day window
